My move frequency tends to match the time control, but I will usually move at least twice a week regardless of how slow the time control is. I work for Disney, so I may be signed on at unusual hours.
I am relatively indifferent to site ratings, so I will play anyone! USCF OTB RATING: Peak- 1857 Current- 1805. Earned the USCF 1st Category Title in 2005.

FYI my approach is that I look at games offline, and then sign on to make the moves. When I sign on, I usually go through all the games still in the opening phase, as I can make those moves quickly, and likewise with endings if the game is still following the path I worked on previously. For games in the middlegame, I tend to do them in small batches of ten games or less, and then sign on and make all the moves at once. I learned chess OTB, and I still like to set up a board to view the game that way, although I am getting better at using the computer, especially with chessbase.
