Rg1 then to g4++. either pawn pushes or promotion types irrelevant. Ke5 also ends in mate on the next turn.

If black moved the pawn e6e5 then I believe the queen b3f7 would mate.

If I'm not mistaken, Black's King move f4e5 is not inevitable. The Black Pawn could also move e6e5, could he not? This would destroy the mate in two scenario, I believe. The White Queen could move b3e6 and create a Stalemate.
